I do this but instead of relish I buy the salad cubes. Basically relish but with bigger chunks for the crunch. I also add dried minced onion and I garnish with more dried minced onion (for crunch) and paprika. I'll also garnish with jalapeno slices and/or olive slices. Shredded cheese would be good as a garnish or in the yolk mix, too. I like to experiment with deviled eggs. i buy peeled boiled eggs from GFS 100 of them for about $18.00. Beats the fuck out of all that peeling and they're good for 2 months.
