Never throw away good coffee. Here's a suggestion: How fine did you go with the grind? If it's pour over fine, just power through it. If it's coarser, you can make a cold brew, 1:10 ratio room temp water for 20-24 hours, and leave your container sealed in room-temperature, not the fridge.
We all start somewhere. I drank 2 bags of rancid coffee before.
