Unironically use a weber grill or fire pit and throw that shit in. Pour bacon grease or whatever inside of it and throw it over a good sized fire, pan bottom down. It'll burn out most of that until it's white and dusty. From there it's just your normal paper towel/ oil wipe down. Throw that shit on the stove on medium heat after and it'll be so "thirsty" for that oil your pan will be shiny in 20 minutes. Just did last week.
