Have never tried salmon from a can.
Not as healthy, I imagine, although I figured I'd try it once, at least for reference.

KO Mackerel is damn delicious, both the olive oil and mediterranean flavors.

Bela Sardines are good + have probably the best well designed can I've ever seen for sardines, perhaps ever

Matiz Octopus, can't wait to try that tomorrow. Been meaning to switch it up from sardines, mackerel, oysters recently.
