I just left the toilet and there was an alarming(but not massive enough to go to the hospital just yet) amount of blood on the toilet paper. What foods should I eat in case it's tearing?

Already drinking a shit load of water.

>grandma never washes dishes
>wash pot
>rinse it like 4 times
>put frozen chicken alfredo meal from Publix in it and cook
>just scoop food onto plate
>taste
>it's slightly soapy
>mfw
I haven't eaten anything other than cocoa pebbles all day and we're running out of food, should I toss it? I want to eat but being sick or permanently damaging my stomach lining ain't worth it.
