I decided to make some pico de gallo today for the first time. I did a good job in dicing everything very finely. But when it was time to dice the tomatoes I was already bored with cutting so I put them in the mixer. Big mistake as it turned everything into soup.

But the biggest problem was that it was very bitter. Why did that happen? I bought ripe tomatoes. Sucks to have spent so much time and money only for it to taste like feces
