That's a lot of wine, anon.
It might be all the sulfites in the wine converting into other sulfurous compounds that reek.
Try cutting back on it, or barring that, finding a wine that's naturally lower in sulfites. Apparently dry red wine has lower levels so cut back on the sweet white.
