Let's look at the nutritional composition of that meal. That's a very lean steak (I'm assuming that's a sirloin) with grilled shrimp, without a starchy side. The only things that are suspect are the butter topping and the sauce. Even if you're starving yourself, how can you think this is that far out of reach?
Also you're a massive pleb for craving food from Chili's or whatever shitty casual dining restaurant that particular meal is from, and a double massive pleb for liking sirloin.
I went on an excursion this weekend that involved getting ice cream and I denied myself.
