ive worked for mario batali at both babbo and del posto, i worked at momofuku with david change before he opened ssam bar, worked at Daniel's, was head chef of a wine bar in brooklyn, worked for the "ramen king" and got wasted with him and japanese strippers at a karaoke stripper bar, worked at Takashi Yakiniku when they first opened and served food for Anthony Bourdain and his wife, Shane Smith, bunch of B and A list celebs, taken shots with Julian casablanca and countless others i cant remember. Ive worked in nyc, bangkok and plan on working in italy soon. im 36 years old and have been cooking in restaurants since i was 18. any one have any questions on the industry? i dont know everything, but more than most
