I guess you could say I’m a bit of a smoker myself. After 1hr 20min at 250F on a poverty weber. Snapped the pic during refuel. Hard to keep it dialed in with too much fuel so I tend to run lean and watch for the sudden -10F which says “feed me”. Shitty boneless but poverty going to poverty, 10.5 lbs.
