I make sourdough bread once every week.

800g flour (I use rye)
740ml water (use as much as it needs to get the dough muddy)
10 grams of starter (I stir it into the warm water before adding flour)
18 grams of salt

add whatever spices and seeds you want (I use cumin, anis, sunflower seeds, linseed)

cover up for ~24 hours, by then you should see some bubbles on the surface and the dough should have risen a little. of course its not going to rise as much as a yeast dough. DONT fucking knead that dough after letting it rise, let it rise in baking tin you later want to bake it in.

preheat oven on full blast, put dough into oven at 200 degrees for a little over an hour. remove then the crust has good colour. and for the love of god, use good parchment paper, or youre going to fuck up your whole bread. remove the paper after removing the bread from the oven and let it rest for at least an hour. you should store it in a breadbasket, but dont put it in until its cooled off, or youll ruin your bread.

you can use relative amounts for more flour. starter is not as fickle as some people seem to think, i feed mine very sporadic and its alright. you shouldnt let it mold tho.

sourgdough starter is based as fuck and removes the need to ever buy shitty store bread again.

a deep pot (shit will quintruple in size or more)
fat of choice (I like lavender infused oil, chicken fat, and coconut oil)
some seasoning (add at the start for stuff that can take the heat, or at the end for shit that would burn
heat the fukk out of it, shaking to ensure all gets cooked
modulate the heat by frequency/intensity of poppint

Any meal containing fat/oil can be easily imbued with the psychoactive effects of ganja
You want to powder the fuck out of the stuff (hasj, weed, trim, extract all work well), and put in a tray covered with two tight layers of aluminium to contain vapours, and cook at 110c for an hour
add this to a 1:1 mixture of water and your choice of oil, and simmer for an hour and a half. Strain and put in the fridge to set, then discard the water and use the oil as you wish
