What's the difference between baking and cooking with a pan?
I follow a recipie to bake chicken theighs with skin (then cut the meat off the bone and mix with bbq sauce) but cooking on a stove top seems way more convenient, so would it really even matter?

So I talked to some prep guy who told me eating pees cooked is inferior and decreased the nutritious value, but google is telling me cooking increases their mineral yield. Which is better and how do you even eat pees raw given that they have to be frozen?
