In all honesty? Prolly some beer and donuts.
I bought a pedometer and it tells me that at my stride length and weight, I've taken 10k+ steps and have burned somewhere around 500 calories. Plus, I've ran a mile today.

I guess I've got somewhere between 600-750 calories to spare on today's calories. It's a cheat day I guess. All I've had to today was a Subway Grilled Chicken foot-long at about 680 calories, then about 3/4 a can of Steel Reserve 24oz., a 25oz Natty Daddy, there servings of some cheesy poofs at 150 calories a serving, and a little boxed pecan pie thingy at 260 calories. What is that, about 2100 calories? So I can afford a little beer to put me over the buzzed limit and then some donuts to enjoy my slobbish success at fitness and fall asleep in time o wake up and cock a healthy breakfast before the snow falls.
