I bought some duck quarters at Aldi and need some help preparing them. I’ve cooked whole duck and goose before but the last time I had duck quarters or an already butchered duck the meat came out not so good. The meat was dry and tough. It would be cool if the meat was more moist and tender. Last time I just put some and pepper and then cooked it until cooked through in the oven. Anyone have a sure fire recipe so I can actually enjoy this meat this time? Thanks
