you gotta try Matapa if you ever get the chance, this south-east African dish is incredibly satisfying, it has a rich creamy texture with hints of shrimp flavor, the main ingredients are cassava leaves, peanuts, coconut milk, stock and dried small shrimp, it is usually served with either rice or ugali (African polenta), Matapa is sometimes served as a side dish during festivities such as weddings, give this glorious African dish a try if you ever have a chance
