because there is 4x more cheese on the american pizza and it's been cooked about 5x longer. the italian pizza looks like he used buffalo mozzarella which is very hard to get right and although the crust is perfect he fucked up the mozzarella part here. it's supposed to look something like this. his cheese is downright disgusting

imagine neapolitan style pizza like this with homemade pesto topping on top of the buffalo mozzarella with 36 month old parmesan sprinkled on top. you could charge 40 bucks for it and people would pay it

what the fuck do you expect from lazy motherfuckers like that? one quick image search on google maps is enough to figure out if the pizza is gonna be trash based on the crust alone. if it isn't like pic related I know that the owners are lazy and don't give a fuck
