Everyone knows Wisconsin makes the best cheese in the world. But what is the best cheese FROM Wisconsin?

Hard mode: it has to be something you can get at regular normal stores like Hy-Vee. Obscure stuff from just one cheese store doesn't count, you hipsters.

You've obviously never set foot in America and are either trolling and/or insane. I can go into any gas station and get over 20 different kinds of bread. Wonder bread classic white, wonder bread whole wheat, and wonder bread artisan potato bread. And that's before we even get into the world class cheese. There is a reason cheese connoisseurs all over the world consider Wisconsin to be a byword for finest cheese in the universe.

I looked it up because I wanted to know this, too. Smoked gouda has the word 'process', but not for the smoking - it's for the pasteurization. It doesn't have 'food' in its label at all. Here is one example, there were many others.
