it's been a while, but I really don't think it was that bad. He was just clearing up a misconception about the previous episode. He never meant to refer to the drink as a knock on Trump, but he got flooded with a bunch of "yaaas kween" and "fuck you for disrespecting trump" comments and didn't know what to do. They're not a political show.

Jesus christ it sounds like I'm his fucking PR guy, but I watch a lot of his show and it's all focused on historical shit, they don't inject modern shit into it, especially not modern political shit
