yeah but i know shes not gonna do that...tho i did the math for a batch of pastries the other day, and i was like if you did a batch 6x this size every day and got $3 each, you would be making $6k a month literally just from that. and i think she was fairly tempted by that *but* if she started planning to go that route, she would have to develop pastries that were professional to her satisfaction. they already are imho but she always finds various flaws. im like ok but remember youd be serving them to average ppl not paul hollywood. and then she says i wouldnt know in any case, which is i guess sort of true, except that ive eaten plenty of things and have at least some idea...but anyway. its gonna take like heston blumenthal approving of her goods before she'll believe it.

me i dont even know whether i should get three crab or two crab. im clueless.
