Turkish pizza's dough does not rise as much, so closer to thin crust. Toppings vary a lot and there is no tomato sauce

People often mean lahmacun when they say "turkish pizza". It is very thin pizza which changes texture quite a lot. Its topping is basically a paste made of meat, onions, red pepper and tomato. You often wrap it with fresh stuff (onion, coriander, tomayo, lettuce and squeze some lemon etc) before eating

Pide is also called turkish pizza and closer to a regular pizza. Toppings and shape vary a lot this time, often includes lots of cheese but cheeseless pide is a thing as well. It ia more buttery. It is thicker than lahmacun and has softer dough, even softer compared to pizza. The shape is often long oval but doesnt have to be and it can be closed/calzone like as well
