I get it from time to time.

Slice off quarter of the ring
Slice and peel off skin
Cut into four equal chunks
Place on edge of plate (Important!)
Nuke for 1.5mins
Carefully spread 2 chunks per slice of buttered toast.

>What is the best way to prepare them?

Polak and regular eater of kiszka here. My way, is to cut 1/4 of the ring off, carefully slice the skin length wise and peel it off, cut into four roughly even chunks and place them along the edge* of a small plate, which I then nuke in the microwave for 2.5mins.

The chunks are then carefully pushed off the plate with a butter knife and evenly spread across two pieces of toast, which I then fold in half and then nom nom nom.

Some people put ketchup on it but that's stupid and I've heard of kiszka being used like corned beef hash, with a fried egg on top.

*place the chunks close to the edge, as they get soft and mushy after nuking and won't easily slide off the plate if they're in the middle.
