I do cold brew the lazy way. I get a Prego jar and fill it mostly full with filtered water. Then I get a standard filter, fill it with coarse ground coffee up to where I can still pinch it closed enough to tie it with a rubber band. Before I tie it off, I run a bit of cold water over the grounds in the filter and stir with a finger to let it "bloom".

I brew for 10-12 hrs on average and drink it over the course of the day, leaving the bag in the Prego jar (I pour what I'll use for the day into my bottle for work). If there's enough left I'll just fill up the jar with water and let it sit overnight for mellow seconds the next day.

This method is simple enough and I've done it 5 times so far, I'm not looking to change it up too much but if there are any obvious improvements I'd love to hear them, as well as other ways you guys do cold brew.
