Couple teaspoons of Osem chicken consoome per cup of uncooked rice, and 1tbsp olive oil in the rice cooker. I used to make sabzi polo but can't be bothered anymore. If you do have the willpower to make persian rice, make sure the tahdig is potatoes and not rice. that version is much better. If you want a real recipe for the chicken broth rice, search "hainanese chicken rice".
