I once ate a cold piece of kielbasa or whatever that had been sitting in the fridge for probably a few days. Had diarhhea in about an hour. The discomfort didn't stop all night. Was shitting pretty much pure blood by evening. Hurt enough to wake me up a couple of times or so later in the night. Stomach still felt kinda worn out[?] the next day. Had to strip clothes from diarrhea sweat.

Runners up include my local hibachi place I'll never go to again, because both times I've gotten their tempura I've gotten food posioning diarhhea (and last time also included vomiting) also with those strip-sweats. And a couple of years ago when McDonald's had those regional speciality sandwiches, we had whatever the chicken blue cheese one or whatever that was, woke up with a low appetite the next day, later on turned into repeated gagging/vomiting that couldn't stop. Went to urgent care, got given the "if you throw up still you need to go to the ER medicine", threw up, went to the ER. Honestly it kinda sucks because that was a pretty tasty sandwich, at least by McDonald's standards. That's most of the details for my worst stories, I've had some pretty shitty food poisoning.
