In his buttermilk fried chicken video, Adam did a mini experiment by making two types of chicken: one with store-bought buttermilk, and another with buttermilk he created by adding vinegar to milk. In order not to mix them up, he'd constantly repeat to himself in the video "vinegar leg is on the right, vinegar leg is on the right."
