I don't see why doctors don't prescribe amphetamines to people that are seriously in need of help losing weight. they are very effective at curbing appetite, and at a certain point you just have to say fuck the consequences and realize it is a dire situation that needs to be handled addressed, Even though speed would be the best thing for someone overweight I have never heard of a doctor that made this logical conclusion
