why do new yorkers think they're better 'cause they have hipster restaurateurs who serve $25 bowls of ramen?

wow! so cultured! so global! we're important!

I'm trying to get into korean-japanese food and french food.

I've seen the mind of a chief and the guy is pretty cool and knows what he's doing.

But I still haven't found a french food show. Does anybody know about one that I could watch to get started ?

Specially if they teach you the basics and traditional dishes. Like demi-glace and onion soup.
