I've been baking a lot of bread the past few months and I still haven't figured out how to store it beyond waiting for the loaf to cool, then lopping off two inches of bread so I can squeeze it into a gallon ziplock bag. I've seen the bread boxes and the crumbs everywhere inside, makes me think I'd have to wash the entire bread box every time I put a new loaf in there.
