Personality it's one of my favorites, but it loses points for lack of vegetables and being very street food oriented IMO

Which cuisine is better, Mexican or Chinese?
(Only talking about the authentic versions)
They're my favorite cuisines and I have a hard time deciding which is better
Chinese is healthier and features more vegetables, but it's often smelly (I've had dishes that stink like feet or playdough).
Mexican has great street food but China wins when it comes to more sophisticated banquet style dishes

Anyone else really into seafood?
When I was younger, I didn't hate seafood but I didn't go out of my way to get it ever.
Now I'm 26 and I'm into it more than even beef. Mexican seafood is my favorite and it goes great with beer.
But I love seafood in general and find it exciting.
What are your favorite types of seafood?
