>drain cans and add to bowl
>add 2/3 cup bread crumbs
>add 1.5 tablespoons yellow mustard
>add tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
>add salt and pepper to taste
>add minced garlic to taste
>add 1 egg
>combine ingredients
>form into 2 or 3 patties
>fry in olive oil for 4-5 minutes on both sides or until golden brown
>serve on a bun with a slice of tomato and lettuce
