I'm still finding canned fish a challenge. Can't stand the mushy cardboard texture - unavoidable because at the cannery it's cooked for 25 min at 100 degrees c. with the can upside down so all the juices drain out, replaced with tomato sauce, oil or water which does not really improve things (source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9FA10i1tBq0 )
