Hey /ck/ poorfag here. I wanted to know what foods I should be adding to my diet to make sure I'm getting most of my nutrients and shit. My daily diet consists of oatmeal with milk and peanut butter in the mornings sometimes scrambled eggs and pinto beans, pinto beans and brown rice usually as an afternoon meal, and maybe 3 or 4 days of the week I have some beef stew, which has celery, carrot, onion, and potatoes in it along with beef of course. I feel like I'm missing out on the vegetable and fruit side, but I'd like to hear you guys' advice. Thanks in advance lads.
