>have an anova precision oven
>meat temp means nothing to me because I have a fucking probe measuring the internal temp
>only flip steak to sear it after it's cooked and rested on my outdoor wok burner that gets hotter than anything most of you own
>don't pour beer onto a fucking steak
>can eat any meat without parasites at 130°F and above because I can hold temp for hours until everything it safe
