I thought it was Take the kettle to green tea, but take the tea to the kettle for black(Boiling vs. Not)
there are probably other flavors added as well that "Enhance" the tea that are unknown to the home tea brewer.

There was also one stuffed with soft sheep's cheese(natural rennet) and THEN an almond.
I had it without the almond, and it was great.
Both the Greeks and the Turks LOVED stuffing stuff with stuff.
