Fried spam and egg sandwich on an English muffin.

If hungover;
>2 slices of spam cut about an 8th of inch thick or so
>fried in olive oil for 2.5-3 minutes on each side
>toast an English muffin (or sub a biscuit)
>butter one side of the muffin
>fried runny egg or two
>add the spam to the bread and the fried egg on top of the spam
>serve with a Red Bull

You don’t want the spam to overpower the eggs and you don’t want it to be salty. I try to cut the spam so thin that you can see light through it. Obviously the thinner the cut, the shorter the frying time.

Spam is the food of kings and if you fry it and serve it with fried eggs it’s the breakfast of champions.
