>stupid levels of insomnia due to sleep paralysis I guess (get a jolt of terror if I begin to nod off) can go almost a week
>this naturally results in constant auditory and visual hallucinations. Usually auditory is like hearing the news or a party in another room, partially articulate but nonsensical sentences. Visual besides basic dots and darts seeing dogs and foxes run across the room in the dark and mistaking pretty much anything for anything. Nothing fun like psychedelics sadly.
>constant shaking, not just the DTs (I've never been so bad I'm convulsing) also I'm always hammering my leg away
>zero appetite, will vomit water an hour later with blood
>anxiety, everything is a threat of some kind
>tiniest things make you uncomfortable
>no desire to do anything but you must to keep your mind off of it
>mind is as restless as my leg, I've actually written some really lucid and good shit in this shape, but its tough since my hands are shaking
>knowledge that a single drink will fix this (by obviously leading to many more) but will increase the severity of the next

Overall 8/10 would experience again.
