So then its all about finding a good grind that works with that extraction which is generally a medium fine grind.

Then you just fresh roast to exact point you want and WHALLA - perfection in a fucking cup.

The part where you introduce water is the least important part.

And of course you roast and then let the beans sit for at least 24 hours.. .but 3 days? fuck off. Coffee beans are absolute BEST 24 hours after being roasted. grind and drink away.
