I actually do it, and it actually is better for stuff like tacos.

When the beef is browned super well, rinsing it does basically nothing to its texture or consistency, it just washes away a lot of the grease.

The braindeadedness of all you cu/ck/s means that you would never even experiment with it to try it out. Your retarded formula of grease=flavor in all cases is wrong.

I ruined 2 pounds of meat a few days ago because I put one of those pieces of shit in my bolognese ragu for 15 minutes (4h total cooking time)
I've used two at once for like 500ml currywurst sauce before and didn't ruin anything so I didn't expect anything like that but it completely overpowered almost 4 liters of ragu

Onions are too big. If I'm cooking for just myself, can I use a few shallots instead or will it come out different.
