So what is the point? There is no meat in it, it's bread heavy which is bad for you and theres real way to make it healthier unless you can get smaller slices of bread.

There is a better way to make grilled cheeses though. You toast the white bread, put the american cheese inside and microwave it for 20 seconds. I think you can save some energy that way.
