I want to like this mayo, but after its been in the fridge it breaks as soon as you put it on a room temperature slice of bread. It works fine the first time you use it before putting it in the fridge, but after that it's basically only good for mixing with other things to make dipping sauces, and even then it still breaks a lot of the time, especially if dipping hot foods.
