I am going to honest, I have no fucking clue what you're talking about. Rednecks aren't refining their own natural gas, and corporations are still the ones who make propane and any other fossil fuels you use. Ever since this shit has existed, corporations have run the game. Oil barons weren't just some made up thing, dude.

I use a gas stove, I like my gas stove. It doesn't make me any more resilient to a governmental/municipal utility fuckup than anyone else. And if somehow shit hit the fan and I had propane tanks instead, I guess I'm insulated until those tanks run out. If some prepper is running their own goddamn oil refinery in 2023 I'll eat crow and as punishment have lunch at hardee's.
