I bought a big bag of grated parmesan about a year ago and yesterday when I used some I noticed that one of the handfuls had some mold. The rest of the cheese looks, smells and tastes fine. I have about 1-1.5 cups left.

What are some good recipes that use up parmesan that aren't cheese crisps? Or is parmesan basically just a "topper" cheese?
