Lol... well, as long as you both know you're not in a real relationship and just lie to others, I guess... i guess it's healthy. lol. I think the healthiest thing is to be on the same page at all times. Often couples neglect to inform themselves of their "progress" and then... shit happens where you both find out you're not the people that you thought you were.

But yeah... i don't think that has anything to do with you. I think you taught me today to assume much much less.
