>Ham hocks
>Flour
>Butter
>Eggs
>Sugar
>Cabbage
>Carrots
>Oil
>Vinegar


Breakfast: crepes:
>Flour, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, water
>Mix into batter
>Fry and serve with jam
>Store extras in the fridge and reheat as needed

Lunch: Split pea soup with ham, homemade bread and butter, cabbage salad.
>Fry onions in butter
>add garlic until fragrant
>add ham hocks and brown them
>add water and seasoning
>boil until delicious

>flour, yeast, salt, water
>mix and leave for 18 hours
>punch out air bubbles and move dough to a greased skillet
>rest 2 hours
>bake for 30-40 minutes @ 425F

>shred cabbage, onions and carrots
>add oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, seasoning
>refrigerate and dish it out as needed

Dinner: same as lunch but have a couple fried eggs on the side


Following this you wouldn't need to buy everything every week, most of it will last significantly longer than a week. Really only the meat and eggs will be bought weekly. If you have extra money, you can buy extra seasoning, or change up the split peas with something like red lentils.

I will try for real

>In a mixing bowl, add any quantity of flour it doesn't matter like maybe half a cup. If you have salt, add salt.
>Make a well in the middle and pour in water until a dough is formed
>Knead the dough a lil bit and separate it into balls
>Flatten the balls into biscuit shapes and bake them at whatever temperature until they can be eaten
>Are the beans dry/uncooked? If so, boil them until cooked in a pot of water with the garlic cloves, crushed but not chopped--NO SALT, it'll make them tough. If they're cooked already and canned, I guess do the same thing for not as long but you won't get the same garlic infusion
>Once beans and garlic cloves are cooked, strain them and mash them up with a fork to the closest possible approximation of refried beans
>Chop up onions into very thin slices
>Soak onion slices in water for at least 15 minutes, then strain them and dry them slightly

Serve as "bread" with "refried beans" garnished with onions. Be aware that unleavened bread like this is only edible fresh out of the oven, it will harden until it's hard enough to break your teeth. I don't know what sort of seasoning you might have, if you have oregano put a big pinch into the beans while they're cooking.
