fuck yeah

this is American Goulash, eaten by anyone who grew up n the Midwest in the 60's-70's.

Moms made it because it was quick, they usually had the ingredients in the house, and it feeds a big family. Plus the shit is delish!

I make it about 1 every six months.

Ghoulash ala American!

I just cook it up but throw in plenty spices, a can of mushrooms, etc.

I do let the tomato sauce cook for while before adding the tomato sauce - makes a difference.

Whenever I make it I have to give some to my neighbor and this girl who works at a bikini bar near me. She loves this stuff!

ghoulash is ground beef, macaroni, tomatoes and spices
it is tasty as fuck
whenever I make it, people want some (my wife, my neighbor, this cute barmaid, etc.)
growing up in the 60's-70's everybody's Mom had a recipe for this

it was cheap, it tasted good, it was easy to make and usually most Mom's had the ingredients in the house

In my neighborhood everybody had this at least once a month:

Goulash.
It was cheap, it fed a lot of people and most of the ingredients were already in the house.

Still make it now.
yummy

Making American Goulash for dinner tonight.
Easy to make.
Tasty as all get out.

I'm pretty basic, and I like tomato paste in addition to canned tomatoes.
Probably green pepper and onions of course.

any secrets?
