Hey /ck/, where can I find someone to cook and/or shop for groceries for me?

So despite cooking my own food for years all through school, I've never been anything more than decent at preparing simple meals for myself. Now that I'm working more than full time it's become impossible for me to make anything more than quick (less than 20 mins to prep) meals or plan out every meal for the week and prepare it all over the weekend. I've been doing the latter for six weeks now in day long cooking sprees every Sunday, but even then I can only make decently balanced meals that lose all flavor/variety by midweek.

It would be well worth it to hire someone who can actually cook to do it for me. Sure I could just find a favorite restaurant or delivery service, but I'd much rather know exactly what I'm eating, where it comes from and have the option for someone to stock my house with groceries. I'd be more than willing to pay someone $20 a meal or upwards of $80 a day to shop and prepare meals for me. How would I go about finding someone to do this?
