sweat garlic in olive oil
add canned tomatoes
add lots of caraway seeds and cumin, some black pepper, thyme, salt and bit of sugar
simmer for 30mins
add hot sauce of choice, I prefer habanero ones for this, and a splash each of soy sauce and distilled vinegar
add canned tuna and some neutral oil
cook 5mins
turn off the heat, top with shredded mozzarella, do not stir after this point
serve

or quick

cook any asian noodles, I use ramen or chink full egg, drain 90% of water and pour over canned tuna in a bowl while hot
add fish sauce, some form of chili powder or sriracha, whatever spices you feel like
add oil if tuna was canned in water, do not if it was in oil

I don't personally. I'm actually not a very good cook myself--I just go out most of the time or order. I guess it'd be a nice bonus.
