Is there any particularly notable food chains or franchises in the Mid West that have a reputation for good cuisine?

I know the Mid West isn't known for it's culinary sophistication but since I'm driving through to see relatives I'm wondering if there's anything decent to be had. I know it probably won't stack up to the standards in New York or LA but I'm OK with that so long as the food is halfway decent.

Any Mid West anons to help me out?
