the best ones are kept secret, namely the people who cook the stuff. there's this one guy that figured it out. he takes the lamb and burns it to extract all the essential oils. then he cooks the chicken in the residual lamb oil. it smells buttery as fuck. then he pours a ladle of the spiced broth over the vegetables and chicken- chop chop chop, "buddeh, u want white sauce hotsauce bbq green sauce?"
