If you don't have any arcane food secrets to share though I don't blame you. it can be difficult to figure this stuff out without exactly the kind of money you'd need to get the education that guy recommended. you have to have that kind of pocket change to just sit at home all day reading this stuff. I tend to surf blogs and the many low iq summerizers because I am a chemistrylet and know very little. I did share the coffee thing but you may already know that.

I hate globalism because I love global cooking. You cant have globalism and also global cooking because different species of humans procreate at different rates and have different cooking values, and so letting in too many of one kind in any particular area it's possible that they will overpopulate and destroy a food by overproducing it.

You can see this in action, not only with genocide but even regional foods produced by the same area. Once an area gets famous or a certain kind of food, outsiders (globalists) rush in, and the area caters to them instead of the people who know how good the recipe can be. the result is the regional specialty looses all its inherent value. This is also why regional protected produce and food stuffs like parmesan cheese in europe are so shit. anyone can go and pay for that kind of food but not everyone can make it, so only the tourism trap industry benefits.
